Please respect the carpets, and furniture.  Renters agree that a $500.00 security deposit will be held by credit card and charged if any damages, or violations occur to the premises.  Deposit will be returned within 2 days of your departure date (less deductions if any) when the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived.

Fireplace

When using the fireplace keep the fire at a reasonable size flame and do not overload.  Keep the fireplace door closed so that sparks do not shoot out onto the carpet.  Please keep area around fireplace clean. Please make sure fire is out when your vacation is finished    

Jacuzzi (instructions near phone in kitchen)

Always snap down jacuzzi cover when not in use. (4) snaps (2) on each side. Two people are required  to remove or replace cover.

Caution:  Please do not sit or stand on Jacuzzi cover. 

Airconditioner

Please do not leave airconditioner on when you are out of the house

Lights 

Conserve Energy.  Shut off all lights when leaving the house.

Water

Please make sure water is not left running as house runs soley of rain water tanks

Appliance, Equipment, Plumbing, etc.

Report any damages, inoperable or faulty items on premises to Pam Davis 88 395 6219.

Locked Doors

Please keep all doors locked when leaving premises unattended.

Stereo

Do not move stereo or speakers.

Out Buildings

Please make sure to close all doors to out buildings when leaving the builings.

Instructions for leaving

Important check list that MUST be followed for security deposit refund. In order to get your security deposit back and save you a cleaning fee, please do the following:

1. Vacuum and dust living room, bedrooms, walkways.

2. Clean the kitchen and bathrooms.

3. Check gas is off in kitchen.

4. All dishes must be clean and put away, surfaces clean. 

5. Place rubbish in outside rubbish bins. Replace garbage bags (garbage bags under the sink). 

6. Make sure when you leave that the fire is out and airconditioner off. 

7. Check all taps are turned off.

8. Pull all blinds in every window carefully.

9. Lock back and front doors. 

10. Turn all lights out.

11. Please vacate the property by 2:00 pm on check out day.

Failure to clean appropriately  or damages to the property/carpet may result in forfeit of security deposit.
